You
guys make me work too hard. I normally use my Solarism LCD panel - but it only
displays up to 1024x768. So I have to lug a monitor over for this one benchmark.
It is totally valid though since higher resolutions are definately becoming the
norm - and nothing taxes a test system like high-res game benchmarking. I just
hope you guys appreciate all the work that goes into this kind of review! Yes,
one of the biggest factors contributing to this large improvement is the CPU but
also consider how previously we haven't seen large improvements even with CPU
updates since we passed the 1 GHz mark with this particular card. I think that
the chipset is also coming into play here.
