Benchmarking Notes

Yes, the VIA 4.24a driver package was used but I did take note that the AGP revision is still stuck on "4.03." I ignored InnoVision's driver CD as the 6.18's are the newest formally released drivers from the proverbial horse's mouth. Please note that my definitions for "N" and "H" differ slightly from other sites so they may or may not be directly comparable. All tests were run with the onboard AC97 sound on so the "silent" benchmarks would probably be a few FPS higher. Actually, all I was interested in was the relative differences in the same system with only switching out one piece: the video card. Since InnoVision recommends a 233MHz processor minimum, chances are that most purchaser's scores will have much lower absolute values than mine, especially considering the 140MHz overclocked FSB.
